I'm currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at Ambienta SGR. In this role, I have successfully internalized the compliance and anti-money laundering functions, which were previously outsourced, directly overseeing risk management and providing ex-ante advisory support to Ambienta's business across its various asset classes. Before joining Ambienta, I served as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at DeA Capital S.p.A., a company belonging to the DeAgostini Group, formerly listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. During this time, I led the legal department and managed complex corporate transactions, addressing both legal and financial challenges in an international context. With over 25 years of experience in the legal and financial sectors, I have developed expertise in corporate governance, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and international business law. I have a proven track record of providing strategic advise at the senior level while ensuring organizations operate in full compliance with applicable regulations.
