Molecule Mapping Manager
Current• Responsible for advising and influencing the PS leadership team through the molecule mapping process, leveraging a deeper understanding of our relationship with customers, while simultaneously providing recommendations to achieve project objectives• Facilitating faster connections from data to insights by sharing best practices and identifying areas of efficiency or growth potential• Collaborating with key stakeholders to leverage insights and scale that knowledge across the entire PS business• Providing insights to the business in a collaborative manner, carefully selecting suitable formats and platforms to engage a wider network with research needs and outcomes. • Continuously integrating an understanding of current business needs and foreseeing future demands• Collaborating with colleagues within the team and across the organization to foster new business insights and share innovative ideas. Utilizing multiple sources of data or insights to gain a fresh understanding of key business challenges and identify opportunities for future growth• Responsible for the design and execution of the molecule mapping process for Process Solutions generating superior business insights at the Process Solution Leadership Team level
