I was the technology expert for the Business Resilience program of the bank, I have realised a web-based application to support the bank-wide Business Resilience framework and I have implemented integration across tools of the Business Resilience, IT Continuity and Crisis Management areas of the bank.My role involved: - Requirements definition for the Business Resilience toolset through analysis of policy and standard, workshops with SMEs, Design Thinking activities and user feedback. - Full stack design and implementation of a web based application to automate building, testing, analysis and reporting on organisational resilience. The stack is mostly based on MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Javascript. Some of the features of the application are: - Execution of approval workflows based on user roles. - Asynchronous data aggregation and analysis to guarantee up-to-date reporting - Appealing data visualisation - Periodic as well as event-driven notifications to users and admins. - Implementation of integration between from and to this web-based application. - Consulted at various stages of the Business Resilience program as technology and toolset expert, including evaluation and roll-out of systems across different business units of the bank.
