KIKAPCS. Charity Foundation provides a community and relaxation for families in Hungary whose children have chronic conditions such as autism, ADHD or Down Syndrome. We offer monthly social programs, so we can help diminish fear or social discomfort between kids with disabilities through experience. These opportunities help create a loving and caring community for the families of KIKAPCS. We also offer relaxing activities in local hotels with the help of special education teachers.Following our strategic direction, I took on the role of CEO at KIKAPCS., responsible for overseeing all aspects of organizational management and operations.✦Managing the exponential growth of KIKAPCS. since its inception in 2019, scaling operations from serving 20 families with 2 team members to supporting 164 families with a team of 8 paid professionals, 20 volunteers and 5 special educational teachers.✦Formulating and executed annual strategy plans, aligning with organizational objectives and facilitating effective team collaboration.✦Translating business goals into actionable and challenging personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.✦Monitoring performance metrics using OKRs and tracked progress towards goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.✦I initiated the first KIKAPCS. Birthday campaign aimed at raising awareness for families with special educational needs children. Through collaboration with over 30 esteemed venues such as cafes, restaurants, and sports centers, we successfully garnered their support, with each contributing a percentage of their earnings to our cause, while raising awareness.

✦Orchestrated fundraising activities and efficiently managed a budget of 40 million HUF, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.✦Negotiated partnerships with various stakeholders including NGOs, investors, government entities, and corporate leaders (Google, BlackRock) to secure funding and resources for the foundation's operations. ✦I led the development of the KIKAPCS. brand and orchestrated multiple successful campaigns, including three peer-to-peer campaign. Each campaign involved 20 KIKAPCS. Heroes and raised 5 million HUF, playing a pivotal role in raising awareness.

✦Palliative & Hospice care development: Advanced projects focused on enhancing palliative and hospice care services to improve patient quality of life.✦Chronic disease management: Worked on strategies to optimize chronic disease management and preventative care within primary healthcare.✦Digital health integration: Assisted in developing a proposal for integrating digital health tools into public funding, including the creation of a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) methodology.✦Policy analysis: Reviewed and provided recommendations on healthcare policy strategies to support systemic improvements.

I took part in developing and executing the expansion strategy for WIZZ Air's entry into the London and Vienna markets. I contributed to the development and execution of the 'Let's Get Lost' campaign, demonstrating adept project management skills and a keen understanding of client objectives.
