As head of GCC Current Accounts, I am responsible of all activities related to the IT management of the current accounts' products lifecycle (including settlements, opening, closing, blocks, suspended items, Bancomat Pay etc.) for all the main Banks of the UniCredit Group, with an end to end perspective (demand, implementation, maintenance, security, automated processes...).I lead a team of:- 24 internal colleagues, divided in 2 units (Italy: Milan, Bologna, Verona; Romania: Iasi);- 90 external colleagues (Italy and Romania)I manage:- 34 applications- averagely 4-5M€ of demand every year, around 100 projects as secondary delivery unit- the digital transformation of the assets of Current Accounts, in order to move them from Cobol to new open systems and architectureExtra tasks:- 2021 (4 months): Member of core team of a strategic M&A Italian initiative

As one of the Project Managers of the Core Banking Transformation unit, I was responsible of some groups of activities inside the Transformation program, which includes a 3 years long (budget: 42 Million €) project with almost 300 project members, aiming at cost savings and technological evolution. My tasks included:- stakeholders engagement, including Bank's sponsors and business customers from Italy, Germany and Austria;- quality: I managed and control quality-related topics in order to make sure deliverables fulfill project's requirements. My supervision included code coverage, tests automation and analysis, environments monitoring, test books creation;- schedule: I was responsible of the project masterplan and I made sure the time plan is respected by the project team, including both internal and external members;- procurement and vendors monitoring: I worked every day with external vendors, checking progress and validating deliverables.---------In the meanwhile, as leader of the Delivery Management team of the Core Banking Software Factory, I was the entry point for demand process of projects involving Master Data Management, Current Accounts and Customers Profiling.My tasks included:- managing the Software Factory capacity;- supervising my team's (7 persons) activities;- choice and management of Vendor(s);- reporting budget, capacity and effort situation to Management;- evaluating incoming projects;- monitoring changes on Core Banking applications, cooperating in planning the internal Transformation Program;- monitoring incidents, calculating and monitoring incidents-related KPIs.I was also:- contact person for Quality and Technical Documentation;- responsible of the "Java University", an internal pilot initiative with that aim of creating a common base of knowledge inside the Core Banking Digital Transformation team, giving a tailor-made smattering of Java to all the colleagues with an interactive and operational approach.

Functional and technical analyst within the "Physical Channels and Intranet for Employees" team.- Main project I followed: internal application (based on IIS and MSSQL) for policies and regulations management, with two teams of developers in Germany and Poland, and Italian customer. The project was a carryover on 2 years (more than one thousand MDs of effort). After my Bachelor's Degree in 2013, I started collaborating with the MakerBot Innovation Center of Università Cattaneo in Castellanza (Italy). This collaboration officially became a job as researcher after my Master's Degree in 2015.

I founded WiseQube together with my two travel buddies, Enzo Paolo Martinelli and Marco Bellea, after almost two years of work. WiseQube is a company offering IT services, Business and IT consulting and solutions.WiseQube owns ComiQube, a service designed by our team, based on a mobile application developed entirely by us, which allows people to enjoy comic books from their devices with a monthly subscription or, partially, for free.In particular, the ComiQube project started at the end of 2014, when the business idea started to take shape and the first development activities began. These were (and currently are) my responsibilities:- co-conception of the business idea;- co-conception of the functional and technical specifications;- co-management of the online Beta community (400 people at the end of August 2016);- management and supervision of all the development and IT activities;- decisions about technologies and IT services to be adopted;- design, implementation, development and maintenance of many parts of the mobile app for Android;- design, implementation, development and maintenance of the entire ComiQube web server application;- design, implementation, development and maintenance of the entire ComiQube data model;- technological infrastructure integrity, security and accessibility;- comic books encryption and mobile security.
