Eolia, owner of the Hotel Carasco in Lipari Aeolian Islands, a place that Luca's father created in the 1960's. The Hotel Carasco, a 8,000 square metres property on the sea, currently operates as a 4-star hotel with 92 rooms, private sea access, a jetty and facilities that include a swimming pool, two restaurants, bars, gardens, and multiple mesmerising terraces. The Property was built in 1966.

Luca Del Bono has been at the forefront of the lifestyle revolution, whilst maintaining traditional hospitality values, ushering in an era of wellbeing and interactivity, creating hospitality projects through a membership model, creating private and homely environments, for local communities to discover and engage with sophisticated travellers.Previously Luca has been developing and promoting brands in the UK and emerging markets, including Baglioni Hotels, W Hotels, Corinthia Hotels, Hilton among leading hospitality projects internationally.Luca has also advised Ermenegildo Zegna, Gucci, FIAT, Technogym with their marketing and brand strategies.

Luca joined the founding team of lifestyle group Quintessentially, spearheading the business development strategy internationally, establishing partnerships across multiple sectors with leading luxury brands. He also co-founded and launched Quintessentially Travel.
