About Luca De Rosa

I am an expert in industrial relations and personnel management, with twenty years of experience in the role. Used to interfacing with the highest corporate offices on the one hand, and with the high offices (including national ones) of the OOSS on the other, I am however convinced of the importance of speaking with all the workers' representatives, to know deeply Company’s backbone. The Companies I have worked for deal with integrated services, so I believe the presence of the HR office on work sites is important, both to get to know the operational activities in detail, and to support the various area managers controlling and managing staff.
