My academic journey in Corporate Finance began with a transformative semester at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, where I not only honed my technical skills but also achieved proficiency in Spanish and English, earning C1 certifications. I then advanced to complete my master's degree at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2014, focusing on private equity transactions for my thesis. This research deepened my understanding of the sector and equipped me with analytical skills vital for my career in finance.In 2015, I began working at Santander Asset Management in London, where I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of investment strategies, specializing in identifying opportunities in emerging markets and drafting analytical reports for investment committees and potential investors. I continued to diversify and strengthen my experience by accepting an offer to join Debtwire's research group, where I focused on creditworthiness assessment and preparing reports for institutional investors on high-yield bond issuing companies.Today, as a chartered accountant specializing in Corporate Finance, I primarily dedicate myself to three areas: (i) restructuring and corporate crisis management, (ii) company valuation, and (iii) M&A transactions. I have successfully managed numerous corporate restructuring projects, working closely with various stakeholders and assuming different roles in the various turnarounds I have actively participated in. I have also developed significant experience in company valuation, as well as in venture capital investments and active participation in structuring M&A transactions.Concurrently with my professional activity, I have maintained a strong commitment to teaching and academic research, currently holding the position of Teaching Assistant at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and pursuing a Ph.D. with the aim of quantifying the economic and social impacts of corporate crises, to provide useful and effective tools for their management and prevention.Hoping to have succinctly outlined my professional path, I can say that I am grateful for the experiences lived so far and look forward to facing new challenges and continuing to grow in my professional journey and personal life.
