SizeUp Senior Business Consultant - Directly conferenced and worked with 300+ small businesses in Bergen County. Aided businesses with specific projects to improve some major aspect of the business, in various fields ranging from accounting, bookkeeping and financial help, to social media marketing, SEO, and extensive web and graphic design. Utilized the SizeUp Tool by demonstrating and teaching the use of the tool for the business owners access, as well as developing custom data such as revenue based on industry per geographical location, return on investment in a given location based on industry, specifically for geographical advertising use, conducting competitive analysis, developing a industry specified client list for businesses that sell B2B, finding new suppliers for material and goods to reduce costs, as well as providing an in depth demographic report, most relevantly used for age target market purposes, accompanied by a household income heat map, providing data down to the neighborhood of wealth distribution in a specific location.SizeUp Project Manager - Developed a whole new internal systematic client approach for consultants. Consisted of developing 5 core templates produced using psychological marketing methods for the entirety of a client lifecycle, as well as implementing a client outreach method which resulted in an 80% response rate improvement from clients than previously.
