I collected and analysed data for my Master Thesis Project related to enhance water usage in an intensively irrigated agricultural domain by means of Sustainable Land Management techniques such as crop rotation and irrigation scheduling, resulting in a 47% reduction in water usage while maintaining production levels. The four months experience taught me how to deal with limit-data availability and have increased my knowledge on the agricultural field with regard to irrigation and soil properties.

Being that my high school and bachelor's programs were fully taught in Italian, I found that my English language skills could use some much-needed improvement. Hence, I moved to Liverpool, England where I took up a job in a familiar setting; having had a plenitude of previous experience in the food and hospitality industry. Indeed, my time in Liverpool allowed my English skills to flourish and allowed me to undertake, and successfully pass, my IELTS examination. Furthermore, this enabled me to enroll in the Civil Engineering master's program at the University of Twente, which is taught entirely in English.

During my time with La Fenice, I had the pleasure of catering for prominent companies such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, TechnoGym, as well as Bologna Football Club.
