As a Channel Manager in Private & Wealth Management, our team lead the strategic management and optimization of distribution channels to UHNWI. With a focus on digital platforms, relationship management, and strategic partnerships, we drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall channel performance.Main activities carried out in this role are:(I) Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with business objectives;(II) Analyze channel performance metrics and implement improvement strategies for enhanced productivity and client experience;(III) Analyze and report clients' assets in order to manage their portfolio through asset allocation activities;(IV) Developing new products based on our clients' interest in collaboration with our Asset Management company (Amundi) and our internal IB division (CACIB);(V) Acquire hands-on experience in different investment strategies and a broad spectrum of financial products.

The bank branch's client advisor plays a key role in managing customer relationships and providing financial services. Main activities:1. Customer Relations Management: - Develop and maintain positive customer relationships - Provide financial advice and respond to customer requests - Identify customers' financial needs and propose appropriate solutions2. Sale of financial products and services: - Promote and sell a wide range of financial products and services, such as current accounts, credit cards, loans, investments and insurance. - Analyse the financial needs of customers and recommend customized solutions.3. Banking & cash management: - Manage daily bank transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers. - Assist customers in the use of online banking services and ATMs.4. Risk Management: - Assess and manage the risks associated with financial transactions and products. - Ensure compliance with internal regulations and policies.5. Training and updating: - maintain a thorough knowledge of the financial products and services offered by the bank. - Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on industry regulations and trends.

Main activities: - Supporting the countries with the submission of the monthly reports required by the Corporate (BS, P&L, WC, Forecast, BDG and many other specific submission related to the business) - Extracting business data and preparing ad-hoc reports to support leadership team decisions - Ensuring good data quality and right timing - Supporting MKT, Pricing, and Retail Excellence TEAMS providing them important data to validate their analysis
