Since February 2019 RTS has joined Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), a multinational company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, owner of over 350 software houses operating in the Vertical Market Software. CSI operates in Europe through Total Specific Solutions (TSS) of which RTS has become part of. I'm responsible of the functional analysis of processes and business for the re-engineering of flowsaimed to create new integrated vertical ERP solutions for companies that produce corrugated cardboard packaging.  Analyze, design, re-engineer internal and external business processes (ex. Production, Logistics, Security, Management, etc.) assessing the feasibility, risks and impacts on existing IT solutions or identifying new solutions; Organizing the analysis of the functional requirements necessary for the development of new solutionsERP and the improvement of existing ones taking care of the related documentation; Verifying and guaranteeing the correctness of the processes and solutions; Take care of the design, documentation and coordination of the functional tests of the IT solutions to support the business by validating the end-to-end process.From an organizational point of view, I deal with organizing, guiding, involving and motivating the resources assigned to the analysis team to achieve the objectives proposed by the company.

Build, design and maintain ERP applications and services on a cloud based platform to provide a business with more flexible, secure, relaible and integrated business process transformation. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Designing customize solutions for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

KION is a company created by CINECA, leader in the design and deployment of applications which offer valuable solutions for the information systems of the universities. KION have expertise in the administration, teaching and services area for both students and teachers. The software systems ESSE3 and GISS are the most popular among the Italian universities. Recently Kion has introduced a new software called Didanet in a cloud solution for the primary and secondary schools. Didanet is an education management platform which cover the following areas : education, communication with students and their families, secretarial activities, faculty and administration. Didanet also includes an electronic register that optimizes the process of transmitting and storing information regarding absences, delays, educational programs, communications of the schools and student assessment. Didanet meets all the needs of a digitalized solution expressed by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Administration for the modernization of the Italian schools and ensures interoperability with the ScuolaMia portal. I’m responsible for the software design, development, testing and implementation of Didanet.In the past year I have also been involved in a project of migrating source code written in powerbuilder to Java and reorganizing the analysis of ESSE3 University/Tuition fee area.

Coordination and guidance a team of 22 computer technicians in the delivery of IT services and projects to to 2000 clients according to the predefined key performance indicators and be able to support senior management in major project decisions through the use of Company's Project Management standards and best practices. Supervision and governance of the company’s information system consisting of 14 branches distributed in the North-Central Italy.

IT manager for Valpet Srl (a group of 3 production companies situated in Turin, Lecco and Bologna) which produce pet food and Macropet Srl (a company situated in the Rep. of San Marino) which commercializes and distributes pet food produced by Valpet and accesories (Hagen and Linky brands) in Italy.

IT manager for a company which commercializes and distributes pet food (Eukanuba and Iams brands) throughout the whole of the Italian territory and partner of Procter & Gamble, an important multinational company. Responsible for corporate governance focused on information technology systems (with 80 internal and 200 external users) and their performance and risk management.

Team leader of a demographical software package consisting of applications in the local public administration (Registry Office, Electoral Office, Civil Status, Probing Office, Presiding Judge and Returning Officer). This experience helped me to gain project management skills.
