I’m Luca, a recent graduate from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, with a degree in Management and a minor in Strategy and International Business. I’m passionate about the intersection of new technologies, innovation, sustainability, marketing, and sales, and I thrive on turning strategic ideas into actionable results.In my current role as a Junior Corporate Strategy Manager, I support the translation of strategies into initiatives with a strong emphasis on execution and value creation. By leveraging data and analytics, I help align efforts with our growth plans and profitability goals. My work spans project management, tracking, and working closely with cross-divisional teams to drive results.I also play an active role in change management, supporting the development and execution of initiatives to foster transformation across all hierarchy levels.When I’m not working, I love being active, whether it’s playing sports, traveling, meeting people from diverse cultures, or exploring nature through hiking.
