Key Responsibilities:-Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.-Register guests, provide room keys, and offer relevant information.-Utilize sales techniques to upsell available rooms and maximize revenue.-Process cash and credit card transactions accurately following established procedures.-Communicate guest requests or issues to management for appropriate action.-Address guest complaints effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.-Perform additional duties, including concierge services and guest room tours.-Ensure accurate processing of check-outs, billing, and guest folios.-Accept and process guest account payments, including cashing checks and currency exchange.-Issue and control access to safety deposit boxes.-Maintain nightly reports, including MOD reports, to inform day management of overnight activities/incidents.

A Veterinary Assistant cares for animals while assisting the Veterinarian in examinations, radiographs, and surgical/dental procedures. Responsibilities include restraining animals during examinations or vaccinations, observing animal behavior or health condition, reporting to the Vet, administering medication prescribed by the Veterinarian and keeping accurate records and logs

Responsibilities: Photograph guests on rides and throughout the park, pitch marketed products to customers, direct guests throughout the park, handle money during transactions, provide a welcoming and happy environment for guests, provide assistance and customer support, open and close sales booths at the beginning and end of the day.
