Recently graduated from AgroParisTech, I am now a PhD student at the Institut Curie in the U900 unit (Cancer and Genome: Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology of Complex Systems) and the SysBio team headed by Emmanuel Barillot. My PhD focuses on machine learning methods that combine medical imaging and omics data to better understand the mechanisms of tumor progression. I am supervised by Emmanuel Barillot and Thomas Walter, Professor of Artificial Intelligence for Life Sciences at Mines ParisTech and Director of the Center for Computational Biology (CBIO).

The combination of tumour imaging (e.g. pathological slides) and spatial transcriptomics provides extremely rich information, potentially leading to a better understanding of the mechanisms of tumour progression. My project at Institut Curie aims to develop new analytical concepts and tools for analyzing multi-modal omics and spatial omics data of cancer patients, to achieve this goal. I am supervised by Emmanuel Barillot and Thomas Walter.
