As a supervisor, I am tasked every night to monitor our game attendants, make sure the site is safe and fun for everyone, as well as break games and complete favours from our employees. This role has helped me learn more about the in-depth details of the company and how everything runs. Not only am I working the regular night shifts, but oftentimes, I take the initiative to come in during the off days to help set up various features of the games area, including constructing a mini house from scratch and assembling the entire games area.Highlights:- Was tasked to organize and lead a Mid-Year Social Event, which included planning, drafting, budgeting, creating a timeline, etc.- Was tasked to build a 20x15 ft tent for an exclusive special event- Awarded "Supervisor of the Year" for exemplary effort and dedication to upholding the highest standard of leadership and initiative at W2F.- Fostered a better culture at the workplace

As a newly hired games attendant, I made sales by pitching my audience into playing various games at the Night Market. However, with this simple role, I went above and beyond to set an example and truly demonstrate what it means to work at this company by creating a connected and comfortable environment for all customers to enjoy.

As a sales associate, I made it known that my interest and expertise were in hockey equipment, and I wanted to help develop sales in that department. Since then, I have had job enlargement in my role as I am now able to help out with the Canucks internally, dealing with their team-issued equipment, apparel, and memorabilia. Some notable feats have been generating $6000 in auctions in one night during a Canucks game, heavily organizing and operating an equipment sale during the off-season, and revamping the inventory sheet we have on the team's equipment. I continue to learn and specialize in all the equipment that the Canucks players wear and use.
