Establishing and leading BeHive's Organizational Development (OD) division by:- Crystallizing BeHive's strategy and value proposition in Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Psychology, and Organizational Development initiatives, informed by the latest Behavioural Science- Establishing, nurturing and strengthening client relationships through relevant and tailored offerings- Innovating and developing new approaches, solutions, and products to address the most pressing challenges faced by our clients- Building and maintaining key professional and academic partnerships and networks- Overseeing project management across all organizational topics (e.g., organizational transformations, mission/vision/strategy building, strategic planning, value-driven prioritization and resource allocation, culture change, performance management, network analysis-based influencer mapping and change agent mobilization, communication and change management, process development, habit building)- Building internal capabilities by attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing and mentoring top talent and contributing to a healthy and sustainable performance culture

Responsible for driving Enterprise Agile transformation initiatives for clients (of 500 - 10.000 FTEs) mostly in financial services and telecommunications (but also NGOs) and mostly in the CE region and the Middle East, by:- training and leading the Transformation Office on clients’ side to design, implement and manage large-scale change initiatives- leading full-scale agile transformations' People workstreams (e.g., org-wide culture change, performance management, career model transformation, capability building)- leading organization-wide governance process design and implementation (Quarterly Business Review) and capability building- developing and deploying new assets to support large-scale agile transformations, especially in the people transformation, culture change and agile maturity tracking/benchmarking areas - building, codifying and disseminating in-depth knowledge on Agility(e.g., writing and publishing professional articles around prevalent client challenges during agile implementation)

Working as the People and Organizational Development expert at McKinsey's Enterprise Agility Center. The Center is a multi-location knowledge & asset hub, which carries out capability building, implementation support and knowledge creation activities related to Agile transformations for clients worldwide, in various industries.

Worked in a researcher role, related to team-level agility.Conducted a large meta-analysis on team effectiveness and self-organization.Based on relevant scientific findings, contributed to the development of TeamINSIGHT's newest questionnaire that helps measure organizational conditions, different aspects of team dynamics and individual competencies, which are the cornerstones of agility as a team behavior.The assessment results help regular team members, key stakeholders (product owners, scrum masters, etc.), agile coaches and consultants better understand a team's and organization's maturity level, and plan and design interventions accordingly.
