European Union TACIS Programme in co-operation with the Forest Ministry of the Russian Government – for the reorganisation of the transportation of forest products for five principle regions of Russia, – Economic Feasibility Studies, Detailed Co-ordination of the Engineering Design and Construction Contract Documentation and Technical Co-ordination during the construction of this completely new network of roadways. The services performed included in addition to the “On Site” project management duties, the instruction of seventy Russian Technicians (Forest Directors and Managers) for a period of two months in Russia and one week in Italy.

Defects liability and instruction period relative to the utilization of the new 15,000 sq. m. industrial complex for the production of forest products ranging from furniture, windows and doors to structural grade lumber and laminated beams. The direct responsibilities included all of the Defects Liability duties and reporting to the financing agencies as well as the instruction of the Russian Technicians who were chosen to manage the industrial complex. An addition responsibility as the “On-Site” consultant was the certification of the laminated structural beams produced in the plant for the Otto Graf Institute of Stuttgart, Germany.

Detailed Design and complete supervision of the construction of a 15,000 sq. m. industrial complex used for the production of forest products ranging from windows and doors to structural grade lumber and laminated beams, – Economic Feasibility Studies, Detailed Co-ordination of the Engineering Design and Construction Contract Documentation and Technical Co-ordination during all the phases of the construction of this "key-hand" completely new industrial complex.
