I've been working across the entire product-service innovation process with a human-centered approach: from user/context research and synthesis to co-creation, concept design and detailed design. With a focus on service and user experience, I work proactively with either colleagues, clients and stakeholders to bring valuable ideas and visions to life.

YSP is a transversal group of experts about sustainable development, which goal is to spread culture and actions in favor of a radical change from an environmental, social and economic point of view. We combine the engaging and interactive language of social media with the value of live events and initiatives, in collaboration with other organizations on the Italian landscape.

Co-lecturing of the module on Life Cycle Design and Sustainable Product-Service System Design for Sustainability, within the Master in "Fashion Direction: Product Sustainability Management" by Milano Fashion Institute (edition 2021, 2022 and 2023). This included both lectures and design exercises, that I've been planning, managing and facilitating.

Part of LeNSlab Polimi team, working on research, consultancy and education on design and system innovation for sustainability in multiple sectors, focusing on Product-Service Systems, Life Cycle Design and Distributed Economies. What I've been responsible for:• Planning of consultancy activities with clients, managing their development and actively participating in the design process • Operative management of the design team, including communication channels and relationships with clients and stakeholders• Organizing and facilitating co-design workshops with different types of stakeholders• Development of methods and tools for sustainable product-service system design within specific sectors • Participation within both public- and private-funded multidisciplinary research projects on a national and international scale (MIUR, Fondazione Cariplo, EU Erasmus +, EU H2020)• Co-authoring within international and multidisciplinary publications (books, journal articles, conferences)• Lecturing at master level about sustainable product-service system design• Public speaking and presentations within international workshops

Ideation and design of graphic contents to support association’s visual identityand projects with private and public partners on a national level (Kellogg’s, MIUR,LoveMatch). This included infographics, illustrations, videos, animations, booklets,printed materials for events and web contents.
