Fondazione Grimaldi Onlus is a solidarity foundation founded in 2007 and backed by the Grimaldi family. Fondazione Grimaldi particularly aims at helping the youth of disadvantaged classes in the neapolitan region, providing both financial support to deserving projects and performing direct actions. As first General Director, I set up and managed changes in statutes, managed a decuplication of budget and projects, and triplication of patrimony. I managed some big real estate investments as well as managed financial investments for the Foundation. I executed and set up the shift from grantmaking foundation to mixed grantmaking+operational foundation. I created from skretch the innovative family hub "Scuola della Famiglia" in a 11.000 sqm historical palace in Naples, founded the SPES-F concept and work for families and children, today serving some thousands people in Naples downtown, created partnership at local, national and worldwide level.
