- Responsible for several Pan-EU accounts in the FMCG sector with a total annual turnover of 22MM EUR- Cooperating with multiple stakeholders such as external Key Account Managers and internal Vendor Managers, building long-term partnerships with vendors to drive sustainable business growth- Managing a yearly marketing budget of 380K EUR, planning and allocating it to the most relevant and growth-enhancing promotional activities and marketing events- Negotiating, planning and implementing promotional activities during Amazon Tier 1 Events such as Black Friday Cyber Monday and Prime Day- Conducting and presenting post mortem analyses in order to utilize insights on traffic and conversion rate development as well as general customer behavior during marketing events- Expanding selection by identifying product gaps, onboarding new products and ensuring a smooth ramp-up- Driving operational supply-chain excellence initiatives by analyzing and reducing costs, delivery defects and lead times

During the internship of 6 months my tasks included the following: - Independent development of a go-to-market concept for rechargeable batteries and battery devices including the creation of a CRM execution plan for all phases of the consumer experience journey- Support in the implementation of a project to improve the in-store sales and product experience approach in the Turkish brand stores, especially through an assortment analysis to derive measures regarding the assortment structure- Creation of a KPI analysis as well as preparation of the results in order to evaluate the sales performance of the European subsidiaries and the derivation of implications- Involvement in the development of a direct sales approach in connection with the launch of a connected kitchen machine with cooking function (Bosch Cookit) in interdisciplinary project teams using agile methods, in particular by analysing and evaluating the launch potential in different countries- Independent development of a price tracking tool, as well as the cross-channel analysis of retailers to derive a pricing strategy for the direct-to-customer business
