Currently as Project Engineer, I am leading the development of the project from the early stage beside to the project manager. I am constantly in contact with the client to accomplish and intermediate its demands. I represent the asset for the project across the design, production and installation. During this time I am also been involved in training sessions for software applications and designing process for the company employees. Before this, I have gained experience as designer of aluminum facades in Byldis and Permasteelisa, where I have started consequently to the master in Structural Design at the Technical Institute of Eindhoven. Through these experiences, I gained familiarity in the coordination across different departments within the same project. I have also implemented my attitude in problem solving and time management, which has made me able to plan and prioritize my tasks.Originally from Italy, the last eight years in The Netherlands gave me the opportunity to adapt to new environments and to further develop my communications skills. I have gained the awareness about the importance of being proactive and open for new challenges.
