While supporting the overall managment of Spike, I have been focused on the renovation of our offering related to technological domains with a specific attention to cloud & multi-cloud environments. In the meanwhile I also lead secure innovation initiatives and developed innovative practices for cybersecurity in digital platforms (i.e. Pervasive Security).

I took care of the startup and development of a new business unit dedicated to advisory services related to Cloud Native Security with focus on Cloud Security Strategies managing all the related aspects: offering definition and promotion, business development, P&L, staffing and delivery.While working as B.U. Manager I am also taking care of the major project initiatives and directly providing advisory services.

As Industry Leader, I worked to promote Spike’s offering and expertize in the Telco & Media market both relying on consolidated experiences and pushing on innovative topics.

I lead a Business Unit dedicate to Identity and Access Management managing all the related aspects: offering definition and innovation, business devemopment, P&L, staffing and delivery.While working as B.U. Manager I am also taking care of the major project initiatives and directly providing advisory services.

I acted as main contact person for the Identity & Access Management and Governance domain developing the IAM&G offering, leading major IAM&G projects and participating to the planning and control tasks of the business unit.

I worked on several projects for medium and big-size international companies across different markets in the role of project manager, team leader, architect and functional analyst. In this contexts I’ve established trusted, strong relations with client’s stakeholders, fostering further collaborations and strategic partnerships.Active on pre-sales activities both on prospects and at consolidated clients, I supported my manager developing the Identity & Access Management and Governance business line.

I worked on Identity and Access Management projects in the role of team leader, architect, functional analyst and developer for a primary European financial institution.While leading small teams, I contributed setting up a global, group-wide, cross-country IAM solution.
