*Skills I have developed*Doing what I like:In 2003 I got at a job at the press office of the Mart Museum. However, I found out that what I really liked to do was to help the institution to innovate. While working at the press office I built for myself a role as digital engagement manager, even if there was no such position. I gathered an informal team of 9 people and we addressed issues of audience building, engagement and empowerment. Everything we did violated a minor rule. But compliance with the mission is more important than observing minor rules.Getting things done:At the Mart Museum I wanted to develop a Wikipedian in residency project. I had the director's support, but a project like that had simply never been done in Italy.
