I have been involved in the analysis and redesign of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process of Vodafone Group Services development teams in the UK and Germany.As SDLC consultant I have been responsible of negotiating the development cycle and tools adopted by the distributed teams located in London and Dusseldorf.
