Optimizing the RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer), by maximizing the passenger revenue & load factor for the complete network (Long-Haul & Regional):• Fine tuning the offer (flight schedule, number of rotations, type of aircraft, cross-cabin optimization...) by anticipating demand peaks and seasonality variations• Piloting booking and yield trends, and evaluating the price elasticity of demand, per typology of passenger.• Elaborating projections on a +6 months perspective, and taking preventive & corrective actions to aim at the budgeted revenue, while respecting the constraints of profitability.• Adjustment of the annual budget based on historical data, contextual variations (offer, competition, calendar, fleet ...) and integrating the commercial strategies, traffic evolution ...• Leading a team of 9 analysts for flight & demand tracking, and group activity; Definition of processes and creation of analysis tools for the control and measurement of actions taken on flights, to ensure the smooth running of the strategy.
