Client Representative.Review and preliminary approval of the estimated costs for each Call-OffReview and approval of the schedule issued by the ContractorFollow up of the Contractor’s Engineering and Procurement activitiesReview and approval of the Contractor´s personnel assigned to the ContractInput to SoW, Method Statements, ProceduresEnsure that the activities are performed in accordance with BP StandardsAttendance to the weekly meetings and coordination/technical meetings, including HAZOP and LOPAAdvise contractor on technical matters and JV procedures and processes.Act as coordinator between Contractor and project engineers (PE)/job responsible engineers (JRE) at JV sites.General technical and project support, participating in design reviews, and etc. Expedite contractor on issues flagged by the Project Team.Follow up progress on procurement and expediting of critical materials. Aid in helping JV place material orders through SCM.Facilitate weekly/biweekly progress meetings between E&P Contractor and JV sites.Follow up progress on identified actions from progress meetings.Support and have an active role in review and follow up of monthly reports, comments and actions.Manage, lead and participate in audits and reviews as required. Coordinate, participate and/or perform interviews on behalf of JV sites.Assist or perform other tasks or duties delegated from JV CAM. Work with Project Services, Project Manager, Job Responsible Engineers and Contractor to help develop and maintain job specific forecasts and budgets Work with JV to develop Scope of Work for E&P Contractor and associated Call Off OrdersTrack contractor performance against approved MPP’s and Call Off Orders, reviewing and approving PAAFs, timesheets, expenses, trends and change requests.Help manage cost and schedule performance against agreed budgets
