About Luca Panzarella

Lavoro nel mondo dell'IT da più di 18 anni, cominciando in un'agenzia di comunicazione e finendo per fare il product digital manager. Ho una grande passione verso tutto ciò che riguarda l'esperienza utente: dal flusso di navigazione passando per la UI, ai testi e la comunicazione: mi piace prendermi cura di ogni singolo dettaglio dell'intero percorso che l'utente fa prima di decidere di compiere un'azione nel sito che ho progettato. 15+ anni di esperienza come consulente per startup di varie dimensioni, ma sopratutto piccoli team fatti da 2>20 persone, anche tutte in remoto. Mi piace entrare in empatia con le persone con cui lavoro quotidianamente, perché a lungo mi è mancata la famiglia dalla quale sono andato via per imparare a vivere.Ho fondato una startup tecnologica e l'ho anche chiusa senza alcun debito, cosa di cui vado fiero :)Ho vissuto a Roma, Milano, Londra, San Francisco.Ho creato diversi prodotti digitali che oggi costituiscono per me una rendita passiva: un sito di concorsi letterari, alcuni saggi pubblicati su Amazon e dei videocorsi.Adoro insegnare e far crescere nuovi aspiranti designer: per questo mi sono circondato spesso di stagisti e sono docente in alcune scuole digital in Italia.Adoro viaggiare e sorprendere la vita con sorrisi distribuiti a caso.
