Since studying at Le Cordon Blue in Paris I was inspired by the excellent, top quality catering provision. In the past 16 years I started and developed a successful education and leisure organisation including a trading branch with catering and gifts shop, managing over 10.000 visitor per annum and 25 members of staff and volunteers.I successfully lead many teams ensuring very high standards of delivery in keeping and exceeding industry standards. Work with several large corporations and statutory bodies like GSK, NHS, Hertfordshire County Council delivering team building events from catering to team development outcomes. Report to the board of director ensuring financial and management targets are met.
