I'm sure that the union of several average minds is more effective than a brillant one. I work hard on the complete resolution of problems I have to face, sometimes it could be required more time than expected, but I don't give until it is solved or I'm certain that it is unsolvable. Even after having named a problem as 'unsolvable', I often go back to work on it.Generally I get annoyed when thing that I need don't work when I need them to work. When this happens I always work hard to make them function.
