Luca brings his experience to entrepreneurs andprivate investors in the context of change management activities, both within processes ofreorganization and relaunch and in preparing for m&a transactions.

As founder of Paritel Group, Luca led several successful m&a transactions,acquiring companies with historical brands in the mechanical sector (production ofprecision gears and components for automotive), machine tools (constituting thelargest Italian group in the grinding machine sector), automatic machines adhigh speed (in the packaging and packaging sector), plant engineering (in theof plastic and food).

Luca sold the majority stake of HS Elettronica Progetti to FORNARA SpA, a private holding listed on the Milan stock exchange. He becomes the Chief Executive Officer of the automation division and of all related legal entities, becoming member of the Board of the listed Holding at the age of 39.

Luca founded HS Elettronica Progetti SPA in 1979: the company operates in the process automation sector by designing systems of integrated hardware and software control. In less than ten years, it becomes an important player on the Italian market working for with major companies including Ansaldo, ItalImpianti, ESA Control, Pirelli, Ceat Cavi, Italian Highways, Enea.
