This was a fully hands on job role where I would have to prepare a collection of stock from order sheets from centre clients, ensuring all the correct stock was present ready for couriers to pick up either on the same day or later that week.

I've poured years of dedication into building and nurturing a vibrant Discord community, and it's a passion project I'm committed to for the long haul.Our community provides a warm and inclusive space for gamers across the UK and Europe to connect, socialize, and enjoy a variety of gaming and social events held daily and weekly.

Created casual entertaining and educational content in the media and broadcasting department. Recorded and edited projects to upload to help grow the community on both YouTube and TikTok.Learnt about content creation as a whole and how to use and improve editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, as well as Trello to keep track of projects.

I originally joined this team as an analyst to help figure out what their problems were. Before I joined they were at the bottom of the pack losing every game, I had to come in and see all the mistakes they were making and take notes on everything I saw. I took all of their individual information and stats from previous games and made a spreadsheet so they could all come together in a more organised way and see the strengths and weaknesses of each other. We had much more regular scrimming sessions with actual plans on what we wanted to achieve from them. This helped the players build much better habits and playstyles which ultimately lead to us taking some wins off the highest standing teams. I am still very proud of what I achieved with the short time I had to help turn around this team from a complete loss streak all split long. Was working with electrical systems on the railways so I had to make sure I had very clear communication skills and worked well with my team to ensure everyone was safe at all times.Occasionally I would be sent to organise the storage shed to ensure all the small parts or tools we needed were in quick easy access to pickup before going out to work, if not I would speak to the manager about any problems such as ordering new equipment.

My job was to help the customers choose the right christmas tree for them then wrap it up in netting and tag them up with the customers name for collection. I would then line them up in organised order.When they came back to collect them I would carry them to the customer’s car and help them get it inside, this improved my customer service skills.
