At the end of 2022, we started a new journey. With the acquisition of Experior by the V8 Group, we became a single company, now V8.Tech. I continue to drive the company's data strategy, now as a Data Driven business unit, strengthening partnerships and seeking integrations between technologies in the portfolio to deliver a complete solution to our customers. I am responsible for expanding the V8.Tech portfolio, establishing new partnerships, empowering teams and building the go to market, for two new business lines: Business Experience and Hyperautomation. From a sales perspective, I lead a 5-person team working on unnamed accounts with a mission to prospect, bring in and evolve the digital transformation journey with new customers. Lastly, I created and manage the SDR(Sales Development Representative) area, with the goal of generating a sales pipeline for the rest of the team.

Passionate about the world of data, in 2017 I founded Experior Tecnologia with the mission of accelerating the Data Driven journey of companies through unique and disruptive technologies. With an innovative portfolio, we specialized in opening the Brazilian market for companies like: Delphix, Liquibase, Digital.ai, Elastic, Ataccama, Confluent and Snowflake. I structured the whole commercial team composed of architecture(3) and sales(2), and the service team responsible for project implementation and after sales service. With a strategy based on agile processes and focused on customer experience, we achieved significant results in revenue, reached the mark of 42 active customers, and a high satisfaction rate (0% churn between 2020-2022).
