Project Manager duties: I am a junior PM with certification from Cornell university. I run departmental and companywide projects and have been in this role for two years. I have three projects completed totaling over $100k. These projects are multi-disciplinary engineering research and development.Electrical Technician duties: PCB level soldering and rework and full assembly of all stack box control systems. As part of the electrical engineering team, I support all electrical needs for production and engineering needs. I manage the electronics lab and perform auxiliary duties such as: engineering document creation and review, engineering support to our electrical and electronic engineers. I provide support to the process engineers and production operators through data collection and statistical process control, troubleshoot Palomar 8000 and legacy Palomar 2460 WIREBONDERS. Contributed system and production level validation for new products. Aided process engineering to prove in new parameter sets for production. Reviewed and created standardized engineering documentation to support process control. I was the electrostatic discharge safety coordinator for process engineering covering two production, packaging, and final test labs. I scheduled and conducted lab audits in compliance with quality and Raytheon policy. Resolve any ESD issues in collaboration with mid-level managers as the subject matter expert.
