This initiative has redirected focus from acquiring additional testers to optimizing the productivity of existing ones for the past 9 months.

This monitor has been used by supervisors to allocate engineering resources and ensure smooth operations on the factory floor since 2022.-Revamped circuit board tester development workflow by introducing a user-friendly web application. This application provides valuable troubleshooting insights and substantial time savings by displaying process control plots and metrics.-Quantified the accuracy of third-party electronic component obsolescence predictions, enabling nuanced and data-driven decisions about their effectiveness.-Analyzed electronic assembly, component, and obsolescence data to optimize design refresh timing and reduce refresh costs.
