Technical Lead on projects in the Water/Wastewater and PV Generation fields

- Designs, configures, integrates and implements process control solutions primarily for power generation/solar PV customers. Main responsibilities include configuring, testing, and troubleshooting PPC’s, SCADA and HMI systems. Interprets power plant electrical schematics, industrial/commercial building P&IDs, and battery system design. Develop detailed design documentation including System Architecture Diagrams, Device Points List, IP lists, Logic Diagrams, HMI mockups. In collaboration with other team members, plans and coordinates projects. Active in design, development, and commissioning stages of Utility-scale SCADA systems. Engages directly with customers; Owners, Utilities, EPCs, and ISOs. Experience with projects in various ISO’s including ERCOT and CAISO. Assists directly with Fabrication department for control panel/SCADA Rack development/troubleshooting. Prepares and preforms witnessed Factory Acceptance Tests. Specializes in MET Station Design and integration.

- Design and integrate custom control panels for use with water, waste water, and irrigation systems. Perform electrical and system tests of control panels. Install, Startup, and commissioning of SCADA and PCIS systems. Drafting, Manuals, Submittals, Programming PLC’s, OIT, HMI’s, Radios, and other SCADA instruments using various types of language including C++, TelePace Studio, and Studio 5000. Assist Senior Engineers in all levels of project management and project related tasks. Consult with and work in teams of engineers within SC. Work directly with vendors, electricians, general contractors, and customers outside of SC. Communicate with engineers, production, install, and others to insure drawings are complete and accurate. Develop and maintain good customer and SC team member relations. Comply with UL Standards, NEC Code, ISA Standards, and OSHA.

Preparing youth climbers for competitions up to national level. Duties include planning andexecuting training regimens independently as well as with other coaches, coaching youth competitions at variousgyms, working with parents and children to improve performance.

Providing customer service to the public as well as gym members, my duties includebelaying, lessons, various desk work, and overall maintenance of the gym.

Programming and controlling PLC modules for steel manufacturing lines. Performing calculations and creating simulations for electro-mechanical devices and systems. Configuring I/O communications for industrial electronic equipment such as sensors, relays, hydraulics, ect. Project development including creating cost and functionality comparisons, contacting sales engineers, developing drawings and schematics, and communicating ideas to groups of engineers and technicians. Working under guidance of senior control engineer.
