I have a passion for all things sport and fitness, in particular resistance training and athletic performance. I've played a variety of sports through my early childhood to late teens and now my early 20's, including soccer to tennis, cricket, rugby league, basketball, and most recently golf. In conjunction with my education from Griffith University, this diverse background of sports has allowed me to gain great insight into the differences and similarities of all sporting performance. My knowledge includes an in depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as foundational nutrition guidelines.
