This role includes providing a customer with full fibre service from the connection point to the property. I give the end user (The customer) the choice of where to locate their broadband and plan my route around their needs. This includes running a line from a connection point which is either from an overhead feed ( Telecom pole ) or from an underground feed. Once I complete the install I make sure the customer has all of their questions answered and is happy with the service. I have been doing full fibre installs for 2 years and have developed a in depth understanding of this role and take pride in my work.
