• Stocker/Bagger - Consulting inventory reports of over 15,000 products and ability to answer questions regarding any product. Label and organize products that are meant to be placed on shelves, top-stock, or back-stock. Examine merchandise and check for product quality in order to maintain store standards.• Cashier - Receiving payments and issuing receipts, counting money in cash drawer and making sure to give appropriate change when necessary, and keeping track of cash and credit transactions. Greeting customers and answering any inquiries. Communicating with other team members when assistance with a customer or their purchases is needed.• Bulk - Package, label, and organize bulk food items to be stocked throughout store. Maintain clean workspace that is up to standard set by food and health code.• Customer Service - Assist customers with any questions and help solve any issues they face while shopping. Delegate tasks to other team members and departments. Inventory management and monitoring of the store’s main level.• Produce - Oversee produce department. Trimming and preparing fruits and vegetables so that they are up to standard and can be stocked out. Water wet table every 20 minutes to ensure product quality and maintain proper hydration for produce. Closing tasks which include clearing wet tables and placing products into bins for storage in cooler, sweeping department and mopping floors, taking box count and counting ‘out of stock' of all products on hand, taking out trash/recyclables/bailer waste, preparing department for morning crew.

International internship alongside an Institute aimed at protecting and restoring the environment in Brazil, and educating communities on the importance of protecting Brazil’s ecosystems. Visited multiple indigenous tribes throughout the southern part of Brazil. Developed a program taught in both English and Portuguese with the purpose of educating the tribes on the importance of ecotourism and methods to help sustain their way of life. Aided in the translation of documents and reports from Portuguese to English. Helped in the creation of a 6-kilometer-long trail through uncharted woods in order to help the tribes profit off of ecotourism. Attended conferences and meetings across Campo Grande, Brazil, and in other neighboring cities to give speeches and participate in discussions on behalf of Instituto Mamede with local leaders on how to further the institute’s cause.
