Recently, I have been leading the introduction of our payments feature across our platform to increase our revenue opportunities and provide more value to our customers and users.The product portfolio includes our industry-leading intercom hardware that provides frictionless entry for residents, guests, delivery companies, and contractors. We also have a manager portal that helps property managers and concierges manage the day to day communication and tasks needed to keep the building running smoothly. The last product in the portfolio is a a mobile app for residents (and their guests) that let them do everything from entering their building/suite with digital keys, booking amenities, communicating with property management, raising maintenance requests, buying and selling items and paying their rent.I work together with the 1VALET team in all three product areas to bring the entire experience together for our customers and their residents. During this time I've brought various products to market in the B2B and B2B2C space focusing on improving video, Internet and WiFi services for subscribers. My most recent focus has been creating a product to solve WiFi problems stemming from poor router or WiFi mesh pod placement within the subscriber's home. The solution provides contextual recommendations to subscribers on where to place their router and WiFi mesh pods to achieve the best WiFi experience possible.
