Work directly with Project Managers to effectively complete project scopes and goals: -Coordination of project specific functions (schedule, pull, coordination, issues)-Managing/coordination with General Contractors-GC Contract review and markup-Support Project Engineers with RFI, COR, notifications etc-Maintain vendor relationships-Assist with project budget and attend financial meetings-Assist with Management of project close out-Attend GC meetings as needed-Communicate field scheduling with manufacturing-Coordinate Field Quality as it relates to GC-Address problems and escalate problems to PM-Pursue health of project team relationship (internal and external)-Pursue health and development of team (person and project)

-Ensure client safety and cohesion -Active crisis management and resolution for safe client de-escalation -Document clinical observations for therapy department -Evaluate client strengths for work tasks -Create/maintain positive relationship with cliental -CPR, AED, and First Aid certified
