Reports to the Project and Sales Director in Brazil and to the Project VP in the USALed Warehousing, In-Plant Logistics and Transport projects for several customers in the Automotive sector (Ford, Land-Rover, Volvo, Bridgestone, Continental and Harley etc.), electronics sector (Sony, Samsung, LG, HP, Lexmark etc.), Consumer and Retail sector (Wal-Mart, Natura, Officer, Kimberly-Clark etc.) among others.Responsible for 3 areas: New Business, Implementation and Continuous Improvement with a team of 11 associates (3 supervisors) working on: Project development for new customers, elaborating technical and commercial proposals. Implantation of new operations using PMI methodology, leading all company areas. Continuous Improvement including projects for cost reduction, operational improvement and opening new business with existing customers, applying techniques such as Kaizen, Value-Stream Mapping, Time and Method Study, Six-Sigma, among others.
