My resume includes many weddings, engagements, as well as work for brands such as Sprayground, Forever21, Fashionova, & Nathalia Jmag of Project Runway, among others.

In charge of the design, creation, compliance & application of all product labels for the company. Joined as the second employee of a new start up subsidiary, responsible for getting the product off the ground by laying the footprints for dentist network recruitment and brand growth through face to face and over the phone communication to dentists throughout the region. Directly helped and contributed to recruiting the first 100 dentists in the state of Rhode Island to join the national Chewsi Dental network.

Was promoted from the customer service department into the Small Group Sales & Marketing Coordinator role for Altus Dental (Subsidiary of Delta Dental of Rhode Island) to handle the day to day tasks related to new business sales and client retention for small businesses headquartered in Massachusetts. I was in charge specifically of the Boston/South Shore/ Bristol County/Cape Cod territory.

Worked in the manager in training program in the largest store in the district (Multi-Million dollar store). Was in charge of scheduling, cash handling as well as closing the registers and making bank deposits. Managed a team of employees while providing the highest level of customer service all while hitting corporate sales goals. Was also placed in charge of backroom inventory and product merchandising. Gained experience is product marketing and advertising as well.

Hired as a customer service representative responsible for providing the highest level of service to members, as well as dental professionals. Tasked with answering insurance questions for both lines of business (Massachusetts and Rhode Island). I was able to successfully navigate and fulfill responsibilities in a high-stress environment.
