Since an early age, I have always had a passion for agribusiness and leadership. I successfully graduated as an Agricultural Engineer from UFPR, and in my pursuit of continuous learning, I am currently pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness at USP/Esalq.I was honored to receive recognition as a standout participant in the Young Leaders in Agriculture Program by CNA Jovem, which was a great privilege for me.As the host of Agro Jovem Podcast, I engage in conversations with producers and experts in the field of agribusiness to discuss topics such as Rural Business and Leadership.I also serve as a Professor of Agrometeorology, Rural Management, and Marketing and Sales in Agribusiness at Isepe Rondon, where I have the opportunity to impart knowledge to students pursuing a degree in Agronomy.In 2022, I had the opportunity to represent Brazil at the GFFA - Global Forum for Food and Agriculture.
