•Design, implement, and maintain configurations in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and all related software and middle-ware.•Manage instrument interfaces in Data Innovations Instrument Manager (IM) and LIS.•Develop, test, and validate auto-verification and technical review rule-sets for accurate and reliable reporting and scalable laboratory testing volumes.•Document and ensure auto-verification and reporting compliance with regulatory agencies (CAP, CLIA, Health Departments).•Configure and enact connectivity to Instrument manager and LIS across a range of analyzers and automation software.•Implement and manage Laboratory automation line routing, storage, and communications.•Ensure consistency throughout all Laboratory Systems.•Work in cross-functional teams, providing clarity throughout processes to determine proper workflows are identified and implemented.

•Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, and extended maintenance on a variety of chemistry, hematology, and immunology analyzers. •Maintain accurate logs of maintenance items, temperatures, supplies, and quality controls. •Enter and review quality control information to determine analyzer readiness for testing. •Troubleshoot analyzer mechanical and quality control issues. •Perform protein electrophoresis (serum and urine), TSPOT testing, and daily routine analyzer testing. •Review logs for missing results and specimens, ensuring needed communication across sites and shifts occurred for positive outcomes. •Train technical laboratory staff in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. •Calibrate pipettes.
