My name is Lucas Chongo. I'm a passionate person for HR. I have a degree in Law and because of my passion for HR (my first job) i have done a post-graduation to be specialized on Labor Law. After that I have coursed my Master in HR. I think that the combination of these areas of expertise helped on all my professional Journey until now. I have worked on public and private companies. I have also worked on training and one of the big examples is the design of a feasibility study. Two years ago I had the single opportunity to participate on a complete transformation process of my company. This is something that you don't do every day, that's why is so special. This opportunity created the skills and practice on this area. we saw all the big areas of transformation (strategy, structure, business processes, rewards, people). One of the key aspects was also the ethics one of the big elements of any reform. I believe that people (engaged and motivated) are the ones that really can do the difference in any company. At the end is all about people. We saw based on Belbin Team Roles, that we can use the diferences strengths of each worker to build a team. everyone is important and toghether we can achieve more.
