I was able to drive Year-Over-Year growth of 25% in each location while maintaining operational costs.Krosswood rolled out a new WMS program that I was key in developing and implementing, this led to better inventory tracking and a direct increase to our fulfillment rates with customers.I was able to establish a formalized financial review process for each location which lead to better performance across all KPIs.I was able to over see a reduction in lead times to customers from seven business days to: Next Day for 50% of SKUs, two Days for 25% of SKUs, and three days for the last 25% of SKUs. This led to a 15% increase in sales and a significant increase in customer satisfaction.I performed a vendor review which allowed us to reduce warehouse and operational spend by 10% annually.
