Responsible for the performance of both Production Facilities as well as procurement. I was able to drive Year-Over-Year growth of 25% in each location while maintaining operational costs.Krosswood rolled out a new WMS program that I was key in developing and implementing, this led to better inventory tracking and a direct increase to our fulfillment rates with customers.I was able to establish a formalized financial review process for each location which lead to better performance across all KPIs.I was able to over see a reduction in lead times to customers from seven business days to: Next Day for 50% of SKUs, two Days for 25% of SKUs, and three days for the last 25% of SKUs. This led to a 15% increase in sales and a significant increase in customer satisfaction.I performed a vendor review which allowed us to reduce warehouse and operational spend by 10% annually.

During my time in this role I oversaw the following growth:Sales - Worked directly with the sales team and increased order entry accuracy, close rates, and customer satisfaction.Global Sourcing - Was able to establish new supply channels in China, South East Asia, and South America. Previously Krosswood was only sourcing from China. This allowed us to avoid tariff hikes that impacted goods produced in China and diversify our supply chain making it more robust and discovering best practices to share with current vendors.Cost Reduction - I was able to work across both international and domestic vendors to identify products that we could source from other vendors or in other materials that performed to the same standards as current products.Labor Spend - I was able to work with vendors as well as our production team to identify ways for our vendors to better prepare product to increase operational efficiencies inside our production facilities.Opened KW-TN - I was able to coordinate the roll out, start up, and oversee the growth of Krosswood-TN which has accounted for almost all of Krosswood's growth since 2020.

In this role I was able to lead an operational team to growth in the following areas:From 2015-2018 Krosswood Doors was able to increase production by over 150% while maintaining a constant labor spend.In the same time period I oversaw a growth in on time performance from 75% to 99.5%We were able to reduce lead times from 42 business days to 7 business days for all ordersWe reduced waste in inventory write offs from 10% of revenue down to less than 4% of revenueWe successfully launched multiple three new product lines and 5 new sales channels
