>Structure and update KPIs that supports strategic decision making>Definition of the operational capacity, based in historical data, statistical analysis>Development of workflows, policies and business rules>Responsible for analyzing and defining call center metrics

>Development of operational and financial performance reports and analysis using SQL and Microsoft Office>Development and follow up of main operational KPIs>Optimization of the dialing strategies backed by historical data analysis
