I was involved in 1 project, working on the project design, permit application and construction document creation phases (LP 1-5 HOAI).𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿: Healthcare𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲: 2200 m²𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀: Remodel and repurpose𝗠𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀:- Layout modifications for new healthcare facility- Permit application documents- Construction documents (floor plans)Unfortunately, my position was terminated due to the uncertain economical situation surrounding our project.

I led or co-led 8 projects and was involved in 5 more, throughout the project design, permit application and construction document creation phases (LP 1-5 HOAI).𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: Residential and office𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲: 45 m² - 11000 m²𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀: New construction, remodelling and renovation𝗠𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:- Layout design for new apartment building (30 apartments + 2 offices)- Layout redesign for apartment building remodelling (18 apartments + 2 offices)- Interior concept and design for 3 apartment remodellings- Interior concept and design for 3 sample bathrooms (in building remodelling)- Facade concepts and design for new apartment building (7 levels)- Facade design for new office building (10 levels)- Permit application documents during 6 projects- Construction documents during 6 projects
