Meet with end clients of our broker partners to evaluate the end client’s needs and put together a solution involving the additional KPA services. Common topics include environmental health and safety programs, employee training and development, industry and regulatory compliance processes, and other aspects of insurance risk management.

• Health and safety consultant for over 80 clients;
• Prepare a written client Health and Safety Policy and Injury Prevention Program, organize facility Safety Committee Meetings, conduct employee training consistent with direction provided at Safety Committee;
• Conduct training presentations (small, medium and large class sizes) on the following subjects: Heat Illness Prevention, Back Injury Prevention, Safe Driving, Eye Injury Prevention, Hand Injury Prevention, General Shop.
• Advise and assist clients in implementing and evaluating state and federal regulated plans;
• Prepare a customized written Hazard Communication Program to comply with the federal Hazard Communication Standard; complete a chemical inventory of all hazardous substances stored and used at the facility, provide.
• Clearly communicating advisory functions in verbal and written form, act as a liaison by meeting, coordinating, and negotiating with regulatory compliance agencies to develop a plan of action.
